The Krafty Recipe Swap!

It's time for another Catered Crop Recipe Swap and this time Linda has us gettin' KRAFTY!

I stamped the Flowers and Vines background from Hero Arts on a big, thick 3x3 piece of chipboard, and then colored it with my colored pencils. The chipboard is kinda sorta like kraft paper. Yes? Maybe?? I also mounted everything on a kraft cardbase to make sure I covered my krafty bases. I had fun making this - I love coloring with pencils - why oh why don't I do it more often??

I was inspired to make this card after a fun class today at my LSS, Rubber Stamp Fantasy! Nathalie from Magenta came all the way from Quebec to teach the class!! Here she is working her magic...

And the cards we made during the class. See the top card? Same idea that I used with the colored pencil on the chipboard square. In fact, Magenta sells a huge 24-pack of these thick chipboard squares. So of course I bought one. One down, 23 more to go... :-)

Now hop on over to the Recipe Swap and join us! Who doesn't love playing with kraft?

Happy Stamping,
