Hi everyone! It's my turn to host the Stampotique Designer's Challenge, and I'm asking everyone to use PAINT on your creations! Here's mine:
I debated which form of paint to pull out & play with, since I love them ALL so much. In the end the watercolors were calling my name. I painted a background, then used my watercolor crayons to color directly onto Daniel's Hearts - I just brushed some water onto the stamp before pressing it to the paper and it worked like a charm - love that! Can you tell Daniel's Hearts is one of my favorite stamps? I use it often. I also love this sweet Meow Garden image, which is also watercolored.
A little Stickles made the heart background a little more fun...
I made this for my friend Leslie, who adapted a sweet new kitty this weekend. The story is pretty amazing, and a prime example of why I love social media!! So 'Hug Enclosed" seemed like the perfect sentiment - I'm so happy for her and her new kitty, I'm sending them lots of hugs.
I hope you'll join me at the Stampotique blog this week and play along with my challenge!
Thanks for stopping by,

People complain that the volunteers at Happy Dragon get first dibs on the
good stuff. That is sort of true but it's only because we're there all the
time...
