I used one of my favorite Hero Arts holiday sets, Get Merry! To create the blue rectangular background, I used a technique that I first learned from my friend Sally and love so much - inking up an acrylic block (here, with Broken China Distress Ink!) and stamping directly with that. What fun!
So my friends... go forth... be stampy... and have a fabby World Card Making Day! And if you need some inspiration, hop along through this awesome Blog Tour! Woot!
Happy Stamping,
- Stamps: CL463 Get Merry!, CG125 Friend Definition
- Paper: Hero Arts Kraft, Cerulean, Eggshell, Grenadine
- Ink: Distress Ink (Vintage Photo, Antique Linen, Broken China, Crushed Olive), Versamark
- Other: Hero Arts Cream Adhesive Lace, scallop edge punch, wooden button, red twine, machine stitching
