Well it's the 3rd and final stage in Corsica - tomorrow the boys are off to the mainland for a Team Time Trial around Nice. Today is also blog hop day at i {heart} papers! Woohoo! More on that in a moment, but first my card.
I've been mesmerized by the gorgeous Mediterranean Sea for the past couple of days, so naturally I was drawn to beautiful blue paper for my card base. I also figured it was about time I make YELLOW a prominent color on my Tour de France inspired cards! Both papers I used are from Lily Bee Design - I absolutely ADORE that kraft heart background paper. I'm actually quite proud of myself for not completely hoarding it!! The stamps are my favorite set from Avery Elle.
For the sketch, I played along with Retro Sketches #70.
And now for the exciting i {heart} papers news! You should have arrived here from sweet Chunyuan's blog - if not, why don't you go ahead and hop back to the start at Carole's awesome blog! IHP is THRILLED to be adding six new amazingly talented design team members to the current team. They are also welcoming their incredible new July/August guest designer today. To help celebrate they will be offering six $10 gift certificates. Winners will be selected from all of the blog comments you leave as you congratulate and help welcome them to the team, so be sure to hop along and comment! Comments close Friday July 5 at noon EST and winners will be announced on the IHP blog the following week. (You must visit the blog to see if you've won. You will not be contacted.)
Now hop on over to the last blog on the hop - Kate's IHP blog - to meet the entire team!
