SDC115 ~ Layers!

Another day on my blog, another Hazel! Today I'm playing with a Hazel stamp for this week's Stampotique Designer's Challenge. Sue has challenged us to "layer it up"! Hmm... layers on a card... this anti-CAS girl has no problem with that!

I love this yoga Hazel!! She's so adorable. All of these new stamps are adorable! Have I mentioned that yet? :-) This one is called 12001 Find Your Balance, and the corresponding message is 12002 Find Your Balance Text. I colored Hazel with Copics, then created a mask over her with masking paper and added Distress ink and fun splotches of color with Hero Arts daubers in Butter Cup and Pale Tomato. Another thing I love? Those daubers!! Here's a closer look - I added some Stickles to Hazel's shirt, too.

This week's challenge doesn't necessarily have to be about card layers ~ you can also layer stamping, or use stencils for your layering ~ however you'd like to do it is fine! Come play along, if you do you could win a gift certificate to pick up some of these fabby new stamps for yourself!

Thanks for stopping by,

  1. Love the way you are on a roll with these cute stamps Libby, and this one is the best, in my 'umble opinion.

  3. Man, I CANNOT get my daubers to splat like that. :( I LOVE the look when other people do it, though.
