January My Monthly Hero Release & Blog Hop!

Hello and welcome! Today I am hopping with Hero Arts for the launch of the January My Monthly Hero kit. It's a fun one! The theme is matchbox Valentines. The main kit includes a die that creates a flat, faux matchbox that goes onto the front of a card or project. I made a few card with it as well as the great accessories.

This first card is what I created with the flat matchbox! There are stamps to decorate the top, and a bunch of fun dies for inside or to also decorate the top. I went with the matches theme.

These heart-shaped matches are too cute! I colored them with my OLO markers, and added a bit of EarthSafe Glitter. The matches could also make cute heart-shaped lollipops! The background is one of the new add-ons, Mini Hearts Bold Prints.

For this next card, I created little Hershey's Kisses out of silver glitter paper. The message strips are in the kit as well, I just attempted to make them look like the paper that comes out of the Kisses. The background was stenciled with a fun stencil, also from the kit.

This last card is just a mini Valentine. I have fun layering up the LOVE message die.
