Last week I subjected my hostess club girls to the fact that I have baby on the brain (and in the belly!) and forced them to make a baby girl card for their stash! They didn't seem to mind too terribly much. I did request that they not send this card to *me* in a few months, though. :-) We played with Fun Flock to make teddy sweet and fuzzy - it was fun indeed! I had never used it before. I think the way I applied it sort of makes teddy look well-loved and tattered, like a bunch of his fur has worn off. But I like it nonetheless! Thanks for stopping by today!

Yep, I have a stuffed lion that was once plush, but all the velvet was worn completely off by all of my loving! How clever to use the fun flock that way! Great card. :)
ReplyDeleteVery cute! I love the embossed background, and I agree about your teddy looking well-loved. That Fun Flock is....well...fun! I need to use mine more. ;)
ReplyDeleteSo cute. I love that CB background!
ReplyDeleteThis card is too cute!! I love the CB background and how you colored the bear. So creative!
ReplyDeleteCongrats Susanne! And Libby, your card is just adorable...I love the 'worn' look of the teddy!
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet card this is!!! Love it! Where did you find fun flock...I *NEED* it!
ReplyDeleteOooooooh, I love it, Libby, and I'll bet they loved it, too! The little worn out Teddy is so sweet. Love the flock--been thinking about that. I have white but I was never happy with how I used it. Need more practice, I guess!
