Hambo Day 2

Here's my card for Day 2 of "Hambo Week"! Today's my first time coloring in one of their images. All I can say is FUN FUN FUN!! If you've been following along on my blog, you probably know by now that I definitely have a preference for images I can color. I'm really not a huge fan of solid stamps. Coloring is one of my favorite things about this hobby!! And the Hambo images are FUN to color! I used my Copics on this cute little hippo, then gave her some shimmer and shine with my SU Fine Cosmo Glitter (yes I had to go to the purple once again!). This little diva hippo has also painted her fingers and toes with the same purple glitter! It doesn't show up really well in the photo since I embossed it on the DP in silver, but the sentiment I paired her with reads "Glamorous, Charming, Beautiful and Witty..." and then on the inside "But then I guess you already knew that about me." LOL! Thanks for stopping by today!!
  • Stamps: Ballerina Hippo and Glamorous Me from Hambo Stamps
  • Paper: Bashful Blue, Almost Amethyst, Gable Green, Shimmer White, DCWV Pocket Full of Posies matstack
  • Ink: Adirondack Pitch Black, Versamark
  • Accessories: Copics, Silver EP, Corner Rounder punch, Decorative Pearls, Michael's ribbon, SU Fine Cosmo Glitter

  5. Love her outfit! Tee hee! How cute! This is one of the sentiments I recently purchased from Hambo. Love it! I especially love how you get an outside AND inside sentiment with their stamps.
