OK now that I've told you about the card - I also have to mention what a fun day I've had today! I went to a movie! Yeah!! I love watching movies, but I can't really remember what I saw last in the theater. Tuesdays are "baby days" at a theater here in town - so I could just bring Courtney along with me! Carter is at school on Tuesday mornings - I have to pick him up at 2pm, and often the first movie doesn't start early enough to fit it in so I haven't brought Courtney before. But today's started at 11am - so I had enough time. And what did I see, you are wondering? INDIANA JONES!!! Let me just say - I loved it!! I was nervous - I loved Raiders & The Last Crusade sooo much, I didn't want this movie to be a complete stinker and have Harrison Ford just seem ridiculous trying to play it again. Well he didn't at all, he was the same old Indy that I know and love. It was a lot of fun. And Courtney was a sweet little angel baby during the movie - even took a nap in my arms despite the loud action scenes. Yeah!! Hopefully next Tuesday I can drag her along with me to Sex and the City! :-)
Thanks for stopping by today.

I love this card! Can't believe you just used "scraps" to create it! I so want to see that movie! I am going to see "Sex & the City" on Friday with a bunch of girlfriends though! : )
ReplyDeleteI love your threwn together card. It's so cheerful. And lets go Pens!!! Okay, so it's been a little demoralizing so far, but I'm hoping for a turn around tonight. Enjoy the game.
ReplyDeleteI love your card! Hard to believe you 'threw it together' with scraps. Absolutely lovely!
ReplyDeleteAlso, I am jealous that Courtney already got to see the new Indiana Jones. I cannot wait to go see him, too. :)
Wow...that's such a great card that you've put together with your pieces of scrap!! I love it!! Congrats on your win at Nancy's blog! How cool that you were able to catch a movie too!!
