Yummy bunnies

I don't have any paper crafts to show you today, so I thought I'd resort to sugar once again (something I've been doing too much IRL lately!). I made these cute little bunny cupcakes this past weekend following the Betty Crocker recipe - I had some ladies from my Zonta club over to assemble "Bunny Books" - packets that include a coloring book, crayons and a stuffed bunny, which are distributed to shelters, clinics, etc and used to help comfort children exposed to domestic violence and encourage them to talk about what they've experienced. It seemed fitting to make bunny cupcakes for a Bunny Book assembly party. :-)

Tune in tomorrow for a From Courtney's Closet card, then after that I will be MIA for a week or so while I am (finally) summering on the Cape... ;-)

PS... Google 'bunny book' and you get this - definitely NOT what we were assembling! LOL.
