Did you see the big announcement over at
Pamela's Gallery? Pamela is the owner of a great new-to-me (but not actually new) stamp store called
FireCracker Designs by Pamela. I just stumbled upon it recently (thanks to
Jennifer!) and fell in love! This card is made with one of my favorite sets - "
Yoga2-Love Body". I know, you all are getting completely sick of my pink and kraft cards with polka dots!! I'll try to stop making them for a while (but I still have a lot of leftover paper to use up!!) - one thing I love about the card that you can't see at all in the photo, I went over the body with my clear Spica glitter pen, so it's all shimmery. A couple other things I loved right away about FCD - she has a bunch of German-themed stamps (like
this and
this and
this), and a ton of GORGEOUS flowers that are just calling to me to be colored! Like
this rose or
these fall flowers or
this tulip or
this gorgeous vase!! Oh my!! So when I saw she was also doing a design team call, I just had to give it a shot. And would you believe, I made it!?!? WOOHOO!! I'm so excited! So that's my happy news... go check out
FireCracker Designs by Pamela and let me know which stamps you love the most! :-)
Wow Libby, Congrats! I will go have to take a peek at her stamps right now!
ReplyDeleteYou go girl! Congrats!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations!!
ReplyDeleteWay to Go!! Your cards are fabulous and I LOVE Pink, Kraft and Dots! :)
Have a Great Day! :)
Yay! so happy for you! I'll be joining the team in a couple months for a guest spot - love Pamela's stuff too!
ReplyDeleteAwesome news, Libby!! Congratulations!! I love your card too!! I took a peek at some of her stamps, and they look wonderful!!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the DT. You're going to love her stamps. I've been a big fan for a long time. It's always nice to lose out on a chance for a Dt when it's against such amazing talent as yours. (Does that sound weird?) Congrats

congratulations Libby! I like your card - enjoy your DT gig with Pamela!
ReplyDeleteGood for you! Congratulations, Libby! What a cool stamp set this is. I clicked on all your links and, you're right, those flowers are gorgeous. The price is right, too. I really like your card. I'm not tired of pink and kraft at all. I love the simple design of the layout--perfect for a yoga-inspired card.
