Congratulations Heather!! (and for the record, I did a little cartwheel here in my stamp cave when it came back with #6 and it meant I didn't have to count down very far, LOL!) Thanks everyone for the wonderful comments you left for this card, they were so much fun to read!!
(BTW - I just noticed it copied as "max: 100" but I promise you I put in, and it shows, 109 in that window on my computer. No idea why it pasted as the default. Comments #101-109, you'll just have to trust me when I assure you I did not leave you out!")
If you're here looking for my From Courtney's Closet post, that will be tomorrow, sorry for the delay!
Well today is the day that we've been building up to all week - release day for the latest Our Craft Lounge stamps!! YAY!! All 31 sets are now available for purchase - check here to find out where you can get them, either online or at an LSS listed by state. (be sure to note the "more info" button...) And what better way is there to celebrate this awesome release than having a little (ok, big!!) blog hop, and giving away *FREE STAMPS*??!? The set I have up for grabs is called For-bitten - inspired by the Twilight series of books (and now movies). If you follow this blog you've heard me admit a couple times now - I love vampires!! I have long before Twilight came along! So given the opportunity to give away a vampirey stamp set - well OF COURSE I jumped at it!! And this is such a fun set!! The sentiments are fabulous! I'm excited about the possibilities of combining this set with some other vampire stuff I already have...!!! For my sample I tried one of those Tri-Shutter cards, which was recently featured on Splitcoast as a tutorial. Even though it looks complicated, it was actually very easy to make! (Sorry I wasn't able to photograph it well, though!) The card actually folds flat into a "normal" size card to mail!!! I couldn't take a photo of that view, though, because my Stickles were still wet. Not that I procrastinated until the night before this was due and had to photograph it before it had dried, nothing like that! *ahem* ;-) (ETA: I took some better photos today in the daylight - and was able to take the photo of it folded up, since my Stickles were finally dry...) :-) By the way, I am still reading the books - I'm about a third of the way through Breaking Dawn - so please don't leave any spoilers in the comments!!! LOL!
So do you want this set or what?? If you do, leave a comment here, and I will draw a winner on Sunday night at 8pm CST. If you're not a Blogger user, make sure you leave contact info - if I can't get ahold of you I'll just draw another name. And to check out all the other reveals & enter other blog candy, check the list on the OCL blog. Remember, you can enter as many of the contests as you'd like, but you can only win one set.
Ok...I had NO idea that YOU were featuring this set today (not like I had the list for a week now or anything!!)...How EXCITED am I that you are giving this set away??? Your sample here is freaking OUTSTANDING (can you see me jumping up and down over here??) I waited until the very last minute with mine too...I'm beginning to think we are 2 peas in a pod! LOL!
OMG i want those sticker stamps plz plz pick me i wont leave any spoilers exept u want to finish that book the end is AMAZING!!! ima Jacob fan but Twilght is Twilght, right?!? u can email me at Kellyclarksonrocs@yahoo.com thank you be blessed! !
I am a HUGE Twilight fan - what a great set! Thanks so very much for the chance to win. I'm having such fun discovering all these new blog sites with this hop. You gals have so much talent!
Cool Card, I love that technique (still have yet to try it). Very "Fangtastic" stamp set. Would you believe I have yet to read the Twilight series books and I love Vampire stories.
OME!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLESE pick me!! I LOVE Sparkly Vampires!! This set makes me get all fan-girl and gushing!! Your card is AWESOME!! It's to DIE for!! (Pun intended)
So did I mention ... Please pick me!! I LOVE all things Twilight - - I even have sparkle powder and Golden Cullen contacts!! (Oh and I'm 37 and thoroughly obsessed) Anna Banana
Love your cards!!! My daughter LOVES Twilight and has read the books I have no idea how many times and watched the first movie, tons of times. This is gonna be a prefect set to make some things for her and her friends for the release of the second movie.
THis is an awesome TWILIGHT SET esp with New Moon being released. Thanks for the chance to win the best and most original set of all stamp companies......I love this stamp set PICK me Thanks for a chance to win this stamps set
This is a fabulous set! I love the sentiment that says, "I love things that sparkle" - that is ME in a nutshell! LOL! Thanks for the chance to win! Hugs, Christine aka The Stampin' Ninja
Oh, Wow, being a Twilight fan, this set will definitely be a must for me. I love the card you made with it and look forward to seeing more with this set. thanks for sharing
Love the card and this stamp set -- will definitely be hoping I win 'cause otherwise I will have to run out and buy it right away!!! I have been wanting to try the card technique too so .... stop procrastinating Susan and just do it!
My dd would love to have that stamp set; even better if it had some skulls. She insisted I read the books last November so I did. She read them four times each in a month. Did I mention she is a voracious reader and loves all things vampire related?
Love this card format- haven't tried it yet must do it soon- those breying wolves look fab and I think your work is so inspirational thanks for the chance to win- I love those sentiments too sooooooo cool.
Sooooo, I'm cruisin' the Blog Hop....jammin to Muse and I get to your site, and this set (must wipe drool from keyboard) when eldest daughter walks by (and she usually can't be bothered with things like: stamps, crafts, Mom...) and says, "OMG! You totally need that set Mom! Just think of all the stuff you could make for me!" Unfortunately, she's right! I love this set, Libby...and your shutter card is 'da Bomb, Baby! TFS- Samantha@RubberStampingDiva.com
Great card! I've been meaning to make one of these too! Cute kids.. I remember when mine were that small :'( thanks for the chance to win this weekend!
I was very excited to come back and have 18 unread Libby posts in my reader - but I had to stop and comment on this - holy cow girl - home run!!! I know your <3 was in this!!!
