Hero Arts Summer 2021 Release Blog Hop + Giveaway!

Hello and welcome! Today I'm excited to be hopping with the Hero Arts crew to introduce the new Summer 2021 Release! There are tons of fun new products in this release. I had a hard time deciding which products to use, so I used a bunch!

For this first card, I began by ink blending a background of Splash and Purple Galaxy Reactive Inks using the awesome Alignment Tool Slimline Stencil. It was designed to use with Looking Glass Dies, but I think it's completely useful for creating little "vignettes" on my cards!

Once I had my background inked up, I stamped some whales with the Color Layering Orca set. The little background fish, and the message, are from that set as well.

For an extra fun touch, I added a little Crystal Clear Lacquer Pen on the orcas! It gives them both shine and added dimension.

For my next card, I used that same Alignment Tool Stencil, but this time with the Looking Glass Dies. I started with a little ink blending through the stencil with Pool Party Reactive Ink. Then I used the stencil as an alignment tool to line up where I wanted to die cuts to be.

I used elements from Looking Glass Day or Night, Looking Glass Rain & Clouds and Looking Glass Canyon Lands. I created the little frames around them with the Square Infinity Dies. They pair well with the Looking Glass Dies!

My adorable little grill master is Hero Lifestyle BBQ. I die cut everything from white cardstock, then colored the pieces with my Copics. I also used Hero Lifestyle Forms and Hero Lifestyle Faces. The "you're invited" is from a great new Stamp & Cut set - Message Strips Stamp & Cut XL.

I love this next paper doll set!! It's called Hero Lifestyle RBG. How fun is that??

I ink blended on a background square using the Alignment Tool A2/A6 Stencil with Taffy and Creamsicle Reactive Inks. The message is the Women Belong woodblock.

And one more card for good measure... this one is an ink blended background created with the Art Deco Arches Stencil. I used Taffy and Lemon Drop Reactive Inks.

The message is again from Message Strips Stamp & Cut XL and I finished it off with some Enamel Dots.
