I started by adding some Hero Paste to Luxe White Watercolor Paper, and while it was still wet, I spritzed the Rough Dots Bold Prints lightly with water, and then pressed it into the paste. I quickly cleaned my stamp, and set the panel aside to dry.
Once the paste was dry, I blended on some ink, and then lightly rubbed the texture with Gold Hero Wax. Just look at this yummy texture!
The card was finished with the new Together Stamp & Cut XL and some enamel dots.
