From Courtney's Closet #26 - an inspiration challenge

Once upon a time there was a girl. The girl made cards, and posted them on her blog, and it was good... but then she stopped. And everyone was sad. (Everyone? Well, it is a fairytale, afterall!) hee hee Anyway... I'M BACK!!!! Have you missed me? I hope you all enjoyed the holidays, and Santa brought you some new goodies for your crafting! We had a wonderful time in Michigan - the kids got to see snow, and enjoyed being spoiled by their grandparents! In addition to the Christmas festivities, Carter celebrated his 3rd birthday up there (as you may know if you read my scheduled posts!) and we also celebrated my Grampa's 90th birthday! Good times. So... I thought to get back into the swing of things with From Courtney's Closet (Don't know what I'm talking about? Check out the first post and all the posts!) I'd use a photo from our trip. This one isn't that great as far as inspiring outfits go, but it's just so cute, I couldn't resist! My little Cupcake out in the snow, all bundled up! And that hat... well, when I first saw it I thought it was a bunny, but then Grandma said it was a puppy, and I've also heard it referred to as a bear... so who knows! But I'm thinking you could go with any of those options for your card if you play along this week! :-) And hot pink - well - not something I pull out very often, but how fun is it every now and then?? :-) I decided to go with MFT's Cupcake Flopsey for my card, since I like to work cupcakes in for my Cupcake whenever possible! I really wished I had some pink pompom ribbon to use on this card, because would you just look at Courtney's little boots? I just love them. And fyi - she left them on for about a minute before kicking them off! Outside in the cold! Silly girl. The rest of my card is pretty self-explanatory - I am soooooooooo rusty, the card is pretty simple and took me ages to complete. Ack! But, I need to get back into the groove and QUICK, because I have about a zillion things due this month! So, with any luck you will actually see oodles of posts from me on here once again! Woohoo! ;-) Ok, are you inspired to play along??? I'd soooooooo love to have you give it a whirl. If you make a card inspired by this photo, please let me know about it with a comment back here (And by the way, in your comment, please link to your actual card, not a general link to your blog, so I can find it faster! Not sure what I mean, let me know and I can explain!). If you happen to upload to SCS, please use keyword FCCC. Thanks for stopping by today, and Happy Stampin'!!!! And they all lived happily ever after...
