Looky looky I actually stamped!!!

Hi, my name is Libby and I used to make cards and post them regularly on my blog...! Well hopefully with this post I can get back in the swing of things! I actually made this card a couple weeks ago for my hostess club, but never got around to photographing it & posting. But lucky for you all tonight - I fell asleep on the couch watching the final stage of the Tour (argh!) but when I decided to actually go into my bed around 10pm, I couldn't fall back asleep! (double argh!) So I got up, came to the computer, read a few blogs I've been neglecting, and then it occurred to me... TAKE SOME PHOTOS AND DO SOME POSTING! Duh! And sorry to my hostess club girls who actually check this, that *you* don't get to see anything new yet! Hopefully soon!

So this card is one of those cool Michelle Wooderson "tent toppers". We did some atypical folds for this month's hostess club cards, to shake things up a bit. :-) The flowers & vase are from the new SU hostess set Vases in Vogue - I just love this set, it's so darn cute (and you know I'm a sucker for flowers!). The little buds were colored with Regal Rose marker then dotted with a Sakura stardust pen - not sure you can see that in the photo. The vase is cut out & popped up on a dimensional. Cardstock is Kraft, Soft Sky and Regal Rose, and there's also some of the Soft Sky Prints DP. I also used a couple of my favorite punches - of course the Round Tab punch, and also the Slit for creating the scalloped border. Ribbon is SU pink gingham.
