From Courtney's Closet #12 - an inspiration challenge

Wow it feels like forever since I last posted a From Courtney's Closet challenge card! So for those of you who are new to this, I post photos of my baby girl and challenge myself, and you, to make a card based on her outfit. You can see all of the past challenges here. I am having so much fun with this challenge - it really gets my own creative juices flowing, and I *so* love seeing what others come up with!! To be a sap, it really warms my heart when people play along! So, I hope you haven't all forgotten about me during my one week hiatus! *wink* For tonight's card, I put Courtney in this super cute and fun outfit I recently acquired in a clothes swap. This was another one of Rachel's (Carter's little buddy) - her mommy traded Rachel's old clothes for some of Carter's clothes - for Rachel's baby brother. Didn't that just work out perfectly? :-) I was inspired by the color scheme of this outfit, the flower pattern, and the vines - but instead of stamping or drawing (I actually tried drawing, it wasn't a pretty scene!) the vines I mimicked the vines with my D'vine Swirls Cuttlebug folder. The flowers are all stamped with the same color as the paper they are on, and then cut out - and the white circles in the centers were punched out and glued on. The flowers are up on dimensionals - lots of texture to this card IRL. One thing I love about this outfit is that it has matching shoes. Courtney hasn't really worn shoes much so far, so she was absolutely fascinated by them. Ok, if you feel inspired to play along, and you know you do (*wink*), make sure and leave a comment back here so I find you. And if you upload to SCS, please use keyword FCCC. So do you remember the last challenge, waayyyy back on July 31?? Courtney was in a cute little ballerina outfit. It inspired some ADORABLE cards!! First check out what my most loyal player, Sue, did!! She owned the perfect stamp for the challenge!
Diane also made an adorable ballerina mouse, isn't that tutu the cutest?!?
Kathryn used the super cute ballerina from Lizzie Anne, I was wondering if anyone would be pulling that one out! Love it!
Karen didn't have a ballerina stamp but was still inspired to create this beauty.
And I believe it was Maria's first time playing (yay!) and she made this soft and gorgeous card.
Thanks ladies, you made my day by playing along, I just love your creations!! And thanks everyone for stopping by today!
